1. Customer agrees that there will be absolutely no smoking by party and self in our vehicles or illegal use of alcohol, possession or consumption of illegal drugs. As failure to comply with this will result in the termination of limousine rental and charge of $300.00 to the customer and any additional charges that may incur and applicable by law.

Customer
agrees to be responsible for all damages incurred by their party
and selves to our vehicles either willfully or accidentally.
Including actual cost to repair or replace damages in the interior
as well as exterior with a minimum charge of $150.00.
3.
All
customers also understand that we will not be held liable to the
customer in case of any unforeseen traffic, severe weather
conditions that may cause delay in travel. There can be unexpected
vehicle malfunctions and any events that are beyond our reasonable
control. In the case of a vehicle malfunction the best effort
shall be put forth in providing a replacement vehicle, if customer
refuses a replacement vehicle then no refund shall be made. In the
case that we are unable to provide an alternate vehicle, then any
money paid in advance by the customer for use of the limousine
rental will be refunded.
4.
We require
that a complete itinerary be given at time of reservation that
includes addresses to all pickup and drop off locations. Customer
understands that we will do our best in providing accurate
directions to our drivers. In the case you decide to offer
directions either self or member of party verbally or by any means
that you, understand and accept liability in the case that a
driver follows directions other than the ones we provide that we
are not liable if driver gets lost. Any overtime that may result
due to directions provided by your self or member of party will
incur overage charges to customer if applicable.
5.
Customer
will be responsible for all payments of parking and tolls and
other charges if applicable.
6.
The maximum
pick-ups and drop off locations are limited to 3. Once the
contract is signed the price is fixed. Price will not change if
job is finished early, or if you change the of amount of time of
rental hours
7.
K&V or
its affiliates are hereby authorized by customer to charge
customers’ credit card in case of damages, overtime, and or any
charges due that are not immediately paid by the customer.
